04VAT status

Gemini Enterprises Ltd is a Seychelles International Business Company and is not registered for Value Added Tax (VAT) in the United Kingdom or the European Union in its own right.

Where applicable sales taxes are due on customer purchases, they are collected and remitted by Explodely LLC as the merchant of record for those transactions (see Section 5). This includes US state sales tax, EU/UK VAT, and equivalent consumption taxes in other jurisdictions.

05Reseller of record

Purchases of AI Video Mogul are processed by Explodely LLC, 1317 Edgewater Drive, Suite #4648, Orlando, FL 32804, United States, acting as the merchant of record under a reseller agreement with Gemini Enterprises Ltd.

This means:

• The payment on your card or bank statement will appear as "CLICK SALES"
• Your purchase receipt is issued by Explodely and emailed automatically after checkout
• All refund requests can be raised through Explodely's Order Lookup (see our Refund Policy) or by contacting us directly
• Explodely handles VAT, US sales tax, PCI-DSS compliance, fraud prevention, and consumer-protection obligations globally on our behalf

We are not obliged, and are not willing, to participate in dispute-settlement proceedings before a consumer arbitration board. Reference to any third-party product, service or platform is descriptive only and does not imply endorsement, affiliation, sponsorship or partnership with the owners of those trademarks.
