Refund Policy.

01The 60-day guarantee

We offer a 60-day money-back guarantee on all purchases of the AI Video Mogul programme.

You may request a full refund of the purchase price within 60 calendar days of your purchase date, for any reason or no reason at all. You do not need to justify your request or explain why you are unhappy.

The guarantee exists because we are confident in the system. But we also recognise that no product is right for every person, and we would rather refund a member who isn't a fit than have them stuck with something that doesn't work for them.

02How to request a refund

To request a refund, email support@aivideomogul.com from the email address you used to purchase, with the following information:

• Your full name as it appeared at checkout
• Your order number or approximate purchase date
• A brief note requesting a refund (no explanation required, but any feedback is welcomed to help us improve)

You do not need to fill in any forms or provide any documentation. A simple email is sufficient.

03What happens after refund

Once your refund is processed:

• Your access to the members area, the AI Niche Explorer software, and all downloadable materials will be revoked
• You will be removed from post-purchase email sequences (but may remain on any general marketing lists you separately opted into)
• You must delete any downloaded PDFs, worksheets, or other materials from your devices
• Any content you produced while a member (YouTube videos, channel accounts, etc.) remains your property and is not affected

04Refund timing

Refunds are processed to your original payment method. Timing depends on your payment provider:

• Credit/debit cards: typically 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement
• PayPal: typically 3-5 business days
• Other payment methods: as determined by Explodely and your payment provider

We initiate the refund via Explodely within 2 business days of receiving your request. The remaining time depends on your payment provider's processing, which is outside our control.

05Exceptions & abuse

We reserve the right to refuse refund requests in the following circumstances:

• Requests received after the 60-day window has elapsed (except where required by applicable consumer law)
• Requests from customers who have previously purchased, refunded, and re-purchased in what appears to be a pattern of abuse
• Requests where there is credible evidence of fraudulent activity, unauthorised access sharing, or resale of our materials
• Requests where the customer has downloaded all materials and appears to be using the refund process to access the product for free

Refund denial for abuse is at our discretion and will only be applied where there is clear evidence. Most refund requests are honoured without question.

06Consumer rights (UK & EU)

If you are a consumer resident in the UK or European Union, you may have statutory rights under distance selling regulations that go beyond the 60-day guarantee described above.

UK consumers

Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, you generally have 14 days to cancel a distance purchase and receive a full refund. However, this right does not apply once digital content has been supplied with your express consent, if you acknowledged that you would lose the right to cancel.

When you purchase AI Video Mogul, checkout indicates that digital content is provided immediately and that by proceeding you consent to immediate delivery and waive the 14-day statutory cancellation right for digital content already accessed. Our 60-day guarantee provides substantially more generous refund terms than the statutory minimum.

EU consumers

Similar provisions apply under the EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU). Our 60-day guarantee exceeds the statutory minimum.

Other jurisdictions

Consumer rights vary by country. Nothing in this Refund Policy limits any statutory rights you may have under the laws of your country of residence.

07Chargebacks

We ask that you contact us before initiating a chargeback with your payment provider. In most cases we can resolve issues faster and more simply than the chargeback process, and initiating a chargeback often takes 4-8 weeks to resolve.

If you initiate a chargeback for a purchase that is eligible for a refund under this policy, we will not contest it, but this may result in your permanent removal from our systems and inability to purchase from us in future.

Chargebacks that appear to be fraudulent will be contested and reported to the relevant authorities.
