Explodely handles all payments and emails your purchase receipt automatically within a few minutes of checkout. It'll come from an @explodely.com address.

If it hasn't arrived after 15 minutes, check your spam folder. Still nothing? Use Explodely's Order Lookup with your purchase email and either the Order ID from your receipt, or the first 6 and last 4 digits of the card you used — you can re-download your receipt any time.

Two ways — both work equally well:

1. Email support@aivideomogul.com from the email you used to buy, subject line "Refund request". We'll process it inside two business days.
2. Or use Explodely's Order Lookup with your purchase email + Order ID (or card first-6 / last-4) and open a refund request from there — it's a two-click action in their buyer portal.

Once the refund is processed, it takes 3-10 business days to appear back on your card depending on your bank.

Try these in order — one usually fixes it:

1. Refresh the page. Fixes it 80% of the time.
2. Try a different browser. Chrome and Safari are best. If you're using an older version of Edge or Firefox, updating usually resolves it.
3. Check your ad blocker. Aggressive ad blockers (uBlock Origin with strict lists, some corporate firewalls) can break YouTube's embedded player. Whitelist youtube.com temporarily.
4. Try incognito / private browsing. Confirms whether an extension is the cause.

If none of that works, email support with the lesson name and a screenshot of the error — we'll dig in.

Right-click (or long-press on mobile) the download link and choose Save link as / Download linked file. That bypasses most browser download quirks.

On iPhone, the PDF opens in a browser tab — tap the share icon and choose "Save to Files" or "Save to Books" to keep an offline copy.
